Refund Policy
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges on our socks within 30 days for unworn merchandise in its original, unaltered packaging. If you would like to return/exchange your order, please email us at orders@shopbisoxual.com and we will email you a return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
I received a defective pair of socks or mask. Can I return it?
Yes. Unfortunately, defects do happen, and we want to make it right! Please send us an image of your defective sock to orders@shopbisoxual.com, with a brief note about your order, within 30 days of receiving your order. We will respond asap with steps on how to return the socks. See full refund policy in the site footer.
WARNING! Be very careful when opening your sock package cannot accept returns of socks with holes in them due to scissors from cutting your package open.
Sock Sizes
Are sock sizes and shoe sizes the same?
Not at all. It can be confusing.
In the US, a numerical sock size is essentially how long your foot is in inches. This means that a sock size labeled 9-11 is often not a shoe size, but rather how long your foot is in inches. For example, a women's size 7 shoe is about 9 5/16 inches, so it would fit that size sock no problem.

Remember that kids grow at different rates! Not all of the sizes may be accurate for your particular child.
Why do you sell in sets of 3 instead of pairs?
Two socks only gives you 1 pair, but 3 socks gives you 3 pair to choose from! Buy 2 sets and you have 15 sock pair combinations! 3 pairs gives you, get this....36 pair combinations!!
Do you really give money to agencies that help domestic violence victims?
Yep. We sure do. Sometimes all the victims have when they leave is the mismatched socks on their feet.
